Service

LaunchReel Kit is an independent AI video service and a separate browser-based screenshot animation tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. AI output depends on the configured model and may not preserve text, logos or exact product details. We do not promise Claude Motion’s full feature set.

Credits and delivery

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The applicable generation cost is shown before submission. Credits are reserved when your task is saved. Confirmed failed or canceled generations return the reserved credits. A submission interrupted after the provider may have accepted it requires support review; do not submit the same request again.

Video task records are stored in your account. Generated files are hosted by the provider; download completed results promptly because links can expire. We do not currently offer a permanent cloud video archive.

Payments and refunds

Payment is handled by Stripe. Verified payments grant the purchased credits. Repeated payment verification does not grant a second pack. Contact support for delivery problems, unused-pack refund requests and billing errors. Consumed generations are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights. Refunds and payment disputes revoke the associated remaining pack credits.

Your responsibilities

Use content and prompts you have permission to submit. Follow the model provider’s usage rules. Keep your account secure and review generated results before publication. Output rights depend on the provider and model terms; the service does not guarantee exclusivity or intellectual property clearance.
